Thank you for visiting my website. I am a licensed Massage Therapist through the State of Maryland. I attended the Community College of Baltimore County and achieved an Associate of Applied Science degree in Massage Therapy. My 1,000 hours of training in the classroom and clinical hours included areas of study in anatomy & physiology, pathology, kinesiology and clinical rotations at a neighboring cancer center. 

I specialize in deep tissue and myofascial massage and enjoy working with athletes of all ages. Whether helping a client reduce pain, improve functions of daily living, or simply achieve a greater sense of relaxation and stress reduction, I am fully present to the needs of my individual client. My goal is to empower, educate, and motivate clients to strive for their greatest sense of well-being.
